The accommodation was clean and offered a delicious breakfast; the standard double room was quiet with the addition of a third bed.

Had a room with a nice bath tub 🛁. The room came with air conditioning, a storage area, and complimentary tea/coffee. The reception team was quick and helpful.

The hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean. The view of the lake was magnificent. Our room was a nice size and brand-new. The staff at the reception desk were highly trained and professional. The location was prime and within walking distance of The French Church.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, at a medium distance from The Parliament Building. There was a good restaurant, a big shopping mall, and a shopping street next door. The room was functional and charming, with coffee, climate control, and storage space.

Rooms were great with an extra bed for our group. The location was awesome and super convenient - we could easily walk to the Gardens nearby 🌳.

Had a brand-new standard queen room, which allowed us to enjoy GREAT view of the lake. There was comfortable bed, climate control, tea and coffee. Everything was perfectly fine, though a few employees were unprofessional. Its location relatively near Old City was prime and best possible.

The hotel offered reasonable prices and had welcoming staff at the reception desk. I enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake from my room and the high-quality breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from The Parliament Building.

The location is steps away from the train station. Although Bern is very small, it is useful to be close to the train if you arrive by that means as much as to visit other cities like Lucerne or Interlaken. Good size of the room and very good breakfast included in the rate.

For a hotel of eur 140 per night it is unacceptable that some rooms do not have air conditioning. The position of the hotel is that there are other rooms that do have it but for that money they should all have it. They still provide a kind of fan. I would like to add to what other old people have said about the big problem of the design of the windows that open only about 15 cms. On the other hand, something unacceptable was the attention of the receptionist on Saturday night. I asked to check out since we were leaving early the next day and she told us that we had supposedly consumed something from the bar. When we refused, she told us (at the same time that she put her face to these people who want to pass from alive) that there were two drinks and that they turned out to be the supposed welcome drinks offered the day before because they were what they were: welcome drinks. When he continued with Our Refusal he said that he would solve it the day after, which finally happened and obviously they were not charged accordingly. Very unpleasant situation.

Right hotel. Double business room that's been refurbished. It's a small room. bad thing is that you don't have space to put the suitcases. bed is comfortable, pillows, in spite of being quite low, were not uncomfortable. only thing I didn't have was a cook making eggs or an omelet. You had scrambled or boiled eggs. Otherwise, variety and quality, correct cleaning although the slippers were quite dusty, staff very nice. staff in the breakfast room is very attentive to everything and they try very hard to help you.

It wouldn't hurt to have them put up some suitcase holders. Since it's not comfortable having to throw the bags on the floor. The price is the worst. Very expensive for the one you offer compared to Spain. Considering it's Switzerland, that's fine.

The Sorell Hotel Ador is situated near to the main train station in Bern. It is easy to find and has basic facilities. A one night stay is ideal. The standard room was rather small and very bright. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
